Pretty much EVERY aspect of the citizens/NPCs is irritating. If you're not doing a mission, everyone's poorly coded; it pisses me off, since nobody does anything other than ring the f*cking police every chance they can (or the occasional cop chase which ends too quickly).

Basically, I was in the middle of the street surfing the internet while I was on my bike and one hit me and tried to fight me so I took his car and ran him over.

I like beating them with my fists or if I'm in a rush and they're talking smack while coming over to fight me I like to draw my pistol and watch them run like a little girl. I then follow them before executing them in the head.

Really depends on where you live and how you drive. Los Santos might be a little over exaggerated. I mean, try driving normal in traffic and you'll still get NPC's honking and yelling at you. I highly down it's like that in Beverly Hills.

meh, i do nothing but drive around them. note i said drive around, because what irritates me is how they can just push you out of the way like your nothing, but try and push them you go nowhere sitting there spinning your wheels.

i've had it happen to me once, i just left an lsc with a car simeon wanted i gave it a nice paint job (metallic carbon black on metallic silver), and i was getting near the docks when a npc driver cut me off forcing me to plow into traffic barrows (most likely scratching the paint) and when i get to simeon's, get a complaint about it not being perfect but i still made $12,000.

Quite obviously you have never been in a traffic accident in California.

 

I was driving behind somebody in a 90's Benz when we came up to a very large puddle (wasn't deep, puddle is there after every rain). We are already at a crawl doing about 15MPH when he slows down to about 10MPH because a small truck is coming towards on the opposite way. Now the problem is he slammed on his brakes to do so. My car bumps into his. He speeds off, the screeches to a stop in a parking spot. As I'm pulling up I see no marks on his car. There is no marks on my truck, and as soon as he jumps out of his vehicle he starts screaming and cussing about how I destroyed his car, blah, blah, blah, all without even looking to see the "damage". I just stood there pointing at his bumper. He finally looked at it, Looked at me all sheepish, then quickly jumped in his car and took off without saying another word.

Had a similar situation where a lady cussed me out after hitting me with her car. I was riding my bike and she came out of a store driveway to fast. Acted like it was my fault.

 

Drivers in California fall into 3 categories (and I'm sure it's the same else where). Those without insurance, those with insurance and are never at fault, and those who are just trying to survive the commute. And it just gets worse the further south you go. So they Rockstar got it pretty dead on considering this is supposed to be LA, California.

They did a lot better job then they did in IV. Remember how every NPC thought they should switch lanes at the same moment on the bridges?
