I think that that is because only some of the video memory is dedicated to the game. I will try to google something and pm. you if u want.

Mine just crashes after 10 minutes, no error showed for crash till now

I got crashes when I blow up the cars, first car exploded and then I tried to blow up the other car. It crashes

Delete settings.cfg in your appdata/local/rockstar games/gtaiv/settings folder. It's a weird issue with the video settings :p

Weird... I have 64-bit as well and that's what fixed the issue for me.

either try using the /3GB startup switch or move to a 64-bit OS.

I'd say ENB isn't horribe for IV, it depends on how you configure it. I'm sure you can make the game look just right if done right.

But I say we take the easy route and just rewrite GTA IV rendering engine rather than using ENB.

I agree. I use Natural ENBuzzz and I get no issues with that one as it is simple. On the other hand, with complex and bright ENB's, I get many issues.

Natural ENBuzzz is awesome, and he said "i've been working in a new ENB for Los Santos map" from his mod page- gta4-mods
That would be more awesome :)
