IV Released ViIV - levels/gta5/ for GTANY

are you sure you have deleted all other mods? have you enabled clip capture?

run launchgtaiv as admin

copy and paste "viiv folder" along with the dll. and asi. into your main GTA directory

 

I was stumped at first on how this was going to be installed until I was informed after I asked someone.

 

The simplest install for any map mod.

 

Make sure you have no saved games inside xliveless and main saves[main saves Im not sure if it really matters]

 

Do not replace the xlive that came with the package.

Got it working, just deleted the RIL.ViIV.EpisodeHook.dll from GTA IV folder and it worked. Quite stable, no lag at all.

Map needs more work though, but it's a alpha, so it's ok.

Listen you don't go and ask why some of the buildings are not there, you just drive around and just wait for the next part of the map.

 

Yup exactly. I was just curious if it's supposed to be that way, because it didn't really look that way in NTA's demo of it. Whatever it is, as is, is great. Just checking.

Thanks guys, I got it working but even without the mod my game crashes every 30 seconds (I'm surprised that it even worked because I have tons of mods installed) I will reinstall the game and fix this

Complaining about crashes in a Alpha release is suicide...

It's expected, I had some too, but the mostly runs a little bit stuttery, with rare crashes.

A tip is, do not put mods, use a clean GTA IV...

First off, it's NTA, second, he's still around and keeping busy, third, he doesn't have to keep posting for no reason, especially seeing as most of the topic is either ENB bitching, 1.0.4.0 moaning or EFLC support, all of which he has spoke about.

just my opinion but it looks damn good on consoles already, if the "leaked" changelogs mean anything then rockstar is going balls-out on the pc version so it should be fine and dandy

When i play down in the right corner i see 30/159 mb so first it go s up to 59 mb and after that its 29 mb and the textures wont load anymore .

Is there anyway to fix this ?

I've found a minor bug, Niko Bellic has forgotten how to climb on ladders :\

 

Just a warning, when the screen shows ~45-50/159MB, don't go too fast with your car, otherwise, when the game freeze to lower these numbers, the game will crash.

 

lol i have always 45 or 50 MB e.g. copchase ^^
