How do you handle the Carbonizzare?

I know it's the best sports car, and it looks and sounds amazing, but driving it is like driving on ice. Is there some kind of trick to handling it right? Is there a good spot to practice driving it and turning without spinning out?

I used to own one but I replaced it with a Jester. Is there a better sports car? Maybe the Coquette or 9F Cabrio?

Go to the docks and throw it around. Get used to correcting it's loose back end before it slides out.

If you feel like it's about to spin just move the analog stick sharply to the opposite way the cars about to spin out. On off road that's not much you can do apart from driving slow. Worth the spin outs though when you pull down the roof and just cruise, looks amazing in candy red with xeon lights at night. Edited by XxXLolaDelRioXxX

It's easy once you get used to it. The handling might seem a bit unstable at first but once you master it you can really see the potential that this car has. I'd recommend you simply go slower when approaching corners etc.

Is this The Guy?

I take my finger off the gas whenever i sense the car is going to spin out of control.

Thats it really. It takes some patience to get used to its tail happy style

Funny story, i once took a carbon out of my garage and it was raining, i punched the gas immediately and my car spun out and drove right back into the garage lol

Don't use the handbrake unless you want to powerslide. Just use your left trigger to slow down and accelerate out of the corner.

The main problem with the carbonizzare I'd that you lose a lot of time around corners.

The jester is a good sports car around short tracks but if you want more speed go for the Feltzer as it also has good handling.

If you think the carbonizzare is hard try a comet. That way once you master the comet you will be able to handle anything

I think the Carbon handles pretty good for sports class, Coquette and a few others are more loose. Get to know its limits, brake and accelerate through turns. Like anything, once the back end goes your already off the fastest line.

The best trick I have when driving the Carbo is to use my Feltzer...life becomes much easier! ;)

Seriously though, I think there are better cars to drive than the Carbo...Feltzer, Elegy, Jester, 9F and possibly the Surano (currently testing that at the moment...seems promising) would all be better alternatives.

I really wish I had the talent/patience to drive the Comet as its by far my favourite sports car looks-wise but, as Judge Dread 24 points out, its a harder car to master.

The Coquette is much tighter than the Carbo could ever hope to be.

I dunno, it's pretty easy for me. Takes some getting used to, if you haven't already. Kinda drifty, slippery, which is really fun to be honest. As mentioned above, go to the docks, try driving it and throwing it around corners. Manage your steering, throttle and brake, don't just push the sticks/triggers the whole way. Never overadjust, that's the trick to any kind of racing! Hope that helps!

Really? I think the car has easy driving controls. Talking about handling cars - the 9F Cabrio needs to be fixed up. Once I turn a corner in the car, I go all over the place. Just force the analog sticks left and right. Make sure when you are turning in the Carbonizzare, that you force it quickly.

Tap hand break, release gas and turn steering wheels opposite direction, hit gas and fly

Best car ever.

I'v never been able to master this car. I always bought it during the Billion Days and practiced but I would always get upset and go back to the 9F. Thanks for the tips guys, ill try it out soon.

How do you handle the Carbonizzare? We mostly handle it using the steering wheel.

The carbo is the kid of car that you really have to push to it's limits to reach it's full performance potential. Don't be timid with it or you'll spin out

Drive it around fir a while like bseano said throw it around at the airport or the docks it's really a good drifter especially in rain. Soon you'll find the handling

is awesome it just takes a skilled driver behind the wheel. I love that car mate it's a def must have.

If you really like the Carbo, handling it will be truly rewarding. There are two options:

— Drive it carefully, braking before the turn as late as possible and accelerating strictly on straight lines. This is the most efficient technic, because practising it will increase your precise performance and shortly you will find that sweet speed/angle combination. This technic is also superior, because it's eliminating risks of spinning off and should be used in chases;

— Learn to powerslide. Beginning is almost the same as previous, slow approach to the turn and exit with smoothly maxed acceleration, corrected by the wheel (sh*tting you, stick of course);

— Do not install turbo, it will allow you to use acceleration more precisely. Install max engine and EMS upgrades instead.

Off-topic: Carbo is overrated almost as Comet.

Who said I was trolling? In game you hold the steering wheel to handle, you use the thumbstick to control that person using the steering wheel.

I was not implying you were a troll, my apologizes. Your answer was a troll though, clearing he was asking what you used to turn the steering wheel, and even if you just read the title, the other 22 posts should have made it clear that it is a difficult care to maneuver and get used to.

I drift it around sometimes. Other than that, it collects dust in my garage. The only reason I keep it is that it looks nice. It handles like ass and is inferior to a lot of other sports cars, like the Jester, Comet, Feltzer and of course the Elegy.

I don't think you know the definition of the word "troll". If it's about my comment, it was more sarcastic and overall based on realism.

The slang definition of the word troll is not official, it has not true meaning because everyone has different interpretations of the word and it is not a dictionary definition. My point is you added your 2 cents into the conversation that was, as you said, sarcastic and unneeded. Yes it is based on realism, but his question was not based on realism, it was based on asking how other players maneuver the car since it is a difficult car to use in online. Not asking what motor skills are required to 'handle' the car.

The reason I said it was a troll comment because it was sarcastic and unneeded, much like a troll. I meant it in no offense so I don't see a reason for your concern.
