GTA V, We miss GTA IV.

GTA V focused on your imagination but no actual gaming skill. Remember when you could go about without having to worry about getting spammed by and auto shotgun because your opponent would have to accomplish aiming first? The ridiculous nonsense that GTA V contains is unbelievable when related to GTA IV. What ever happened to good aim and skill? GTA V requires little to no skill just try free running your way up ledges and roll in all directions to try and aim with the imperfect aiming system that troubles you in many circumstances. Maybe GTA V didnt want long gunfights that made sense or tactical navigation through the map. Now there is all kinds of ways to instantly kill your target or get angry. Unlike the champion GTA IV it seems that GTA V was designed to run in circles and roll around. Please bring back our old aiming system. Gunfights used to be cool, and realistic gaming wise. You can't even use the small reticule in singleplayer in Online?

I agree. However, I humbly suggest the OP go back and play GTAIII or Vice City, because that's where the game's truest form took place. Nothing like going into the dance club and just eviscerating the place or being chased through the vibrant, neon streets of South Beach, Miami.

 

Playing that game and then visiting that city in real life was a total trip.

 

Playing GTA5 and having spent time in LA is an even bigger trip!

 

Perhaps OP, you could try embracing the glory of what you've got instead of pining over what has gone past.

Don't miss GTA4 at all. It was too dark and gloomy for my liking, whereas GTA5 has bright vibrant colors along with great scenery everywhere. Something four lacked a lot...

 

Yeah i really miss the douchebag mods from multiplayer that would kill you over and over. There was nothing to work for in 4, all it had was the freemode airport madness and the racing was fun. But I prefer the racing in five anyway so it's no real loss.
