Whenever I Connect to The Rockstar Cloud Servers There Are No Players exept Me.... Is There Any other Way To Connect And Have More Players

I sometimes have these problem and errors like "Unknown network error" or "Time limit exceded"

This happens to me as well and it all started this Tuesday or Wednesday. I select "Find new session" until I connect to a server where a friend is playing. If no friends are online it's impossible for me to find a populated server (PS3). I'd like to know what R* messed up earlier this week....
