ryan_J
I don't eat them because they are Non vegetarian and i am a vegetarian. i only eat grass and plants. And bamboo don't forget the bamboo! I like my steak medium-well done, so its ever so slightly pink in the middle, barely noticeably pink. I think well done kills some of the flavour and gives the steak a dry texture in the mouth. Sometimes I'll have sauce to compliment the beef such as a good barbecue sauce but most of the time I'll have it plain. I have a friend who likes her steak served 'bleu' this is when the steak isn't even left on the heat long enough for it to heat all the way through, sometimes called 'cold centre steak' its just a red bloody mess really, not for me! Panz
I'll eat any kind as long as it's steak and as long as it's for me. But, preferably, I like it medium rare, seasoned lightly with some A1 or Jack Daniel's BBQ, and some mashed potatoes on the side. Or kebabs. Oh steak kebabs. trip
It has to be good, cooked on a charcoal grill, pink to medium. A1, and there better be fried onions and mushrooms near about. I hear in major cities such as mumbai and new dehli they sell beef. Also in a state with a bigger muslim population you might find beef. Kerala sells beef i think. Heh i'm glad I don't live in India. Sometimes I think i'm pakistani instead of indian since i eat so much met.
Acehilm
I usually like mine medium but I don't mind medium-rare either. I like my steak like my women; moist. Tacymist
GunWrath
I like buying my steak from an actual butcher rather than a store, fresher meat and always has a better taste. I'm a medium-rare type of guy but medium doesn't hurt me either, a little pink is always good. I know a guy that can eat them basically with a heartbeat still, damn that. But the best steak, is when it's in the stomach.
