I would have had Steel Panther do the part and have them/music play a part in the game (plus the clothes/look).

I can't post anymore gifs/pics because 1 person and a mod has a boner for me and I'm on perma banned watch.

 

Good idea.....maybe?

Vice City was my favorite GTA game, but I'm not sure the contemporary coterie would divine toward that particular zeitgeist. Far too 80's, don't you think?
