WildBrick142 Posted March 29, 2014 Share Posted March 29, 2014 (edited) It only appears at night. If it doesn't appear, wait a few in-game days. If it still doesn't work then go into GTA Online and back into story mode through the character wheel. If nothing works, the only way is to load a save prior to failing the mission.
