GTA IV HP Pavilion g6

So I picked up GTA IV and the Episodes From LC after Christmas on STEAM. After years of playing on console, I wanted to try my hand at modding.

 

However, the graphics are terrible. Almost like Midtown Madness with blurred out Hexagon like wheels and stuff. I made some fixes but it's still unplayable. Friends have told me to buy a graphics card but they are pretty pricey for games I will play more on console than PC.

Anyway around this?

It still takes a good graphics card to play this game at high resolutions. At 1080p you'll need something around $100-150 for lower settings.

Otherwise lower your resolution, I'm sure you can find one that looks sharp, even on a laptop.
