I switched to Trevor in SP and he was in the middle of throwing some guy who owned one off a bridge for some reason.

 

 

If so, where can I find one online?

If not, which vans can you store/insure off of the street? I never really looked into it after the patch but I heard they made some storable.

No, you cannot.

 

Get a Speedo with performance modifications from a Save Editor. It's the best van you can store in your garage that can hold 4 people.

You can find it in pretty much any mission involving the lost, or in free roam one spawns at a gang attack near sandy shores airfield.

 

Unfortunately it is not storable, rockstar seems to have a thing against vans; The only storable vans are the youga (only seats 2 and fugly), paradise (fugly), speedo (not modifiable) and rumpo (not modifiable)
