2. I've collected 4 hidden packages- 2 in Staunton Island, 1 in the blocked off Subway, and the last one in a small "island" near Portland, which is only accesible by a boat.

3. Bought Sniper Rifle for $10000 and Ak-47 for $3000.

4. Extinguished about 30 fires in Portland. (For Money).

Note: I used the broken metals of the Callahan Bridge to get to Staunton island. I did not use any cheats.
