Twankers paying insurance again!?

In the last day I've gotten the insurance payout on my destroyed vehicle 2 out of 3 times (that I was aware of).

Did I miss something, and has this been changed to the old ways?

Blah, I've maybe got 100 PK's in a tank...of which 95% is on twankers.

It's iffy. Sometimes you pay if you are moving when you shell a player vehicle. You may have gotten lucky a few times in that they paid.

The PV i destroyed last night with a tank i didn't pay insurance on.

 

Now before you call me a twanker i didn't get my tank out to grief but to take care of another guy tank griefing people and the car got in the way while i was trying to shoot the guy in the tank.

i havent had to pay for any cars or seen a bad sport message in the past 2 days and i have blown up a sh*t ton of cars with my tank
