Only when the other guy showed everybody what was happening all stuff he gatekept during years and leaked GDDs things started to coming to light. JD is only losing money and “clients” with this - but the community is winning.

If someone can get the test version in 2004, maybe they will unlock the secrets of Bullion, mclaren, cyclone, supra and skyline, get their files and successfully repair them, so that they can really return to Freedom City. I found some data about them in the version on May 29th, but I came a little late, and all their dff and txd were deleted.

A couple! Its interesting though, since the near final model is also already there too. Seems like they were partway through replacing the old models, hence why there are only a few early Toni models, Vinnies cutscene/in-game models being completely different etc.

There is one in Smash and Grab where Vincenzo kills one of the Leone robbers,It even has voiced dialogue

I've managed to complete the September 1st build version of this game with the entire 100% completion, as this took me approx. 2 weeks. I gotta say for a engine build that was on later stages of beta (beytah), this one was particularly interesting. Sometimes the game was very notorious to crash on certain points when playing this version of the game, which was played on a physical PSP, which had me a bit annoyed to retry some of side missions and collectables once again. This was definitely easier to pull because you were able to spawn vehicles and other stuff. I have to say couple things about this build though, and hopefully I'll try to get the July build work on a physical PSP.

Avenging Angels on Shoreside Vale was horrendous. Normally, you would have a popup saying that you unlocked The Hero Garb outfit, but instead, it just said Mission Completed with 1500$... What happened next, the game was stuck on a endless, non-existent mission loop. Eventually if you were busted or wasted, you either crashed or soft locked which prevented you from loading the game on the menu with a black screen instead. In order to complete this, you have to go to your safehouse, and get yourself health as low as possible. Entering the safehouse, you change your outfit to a different one, and once you waited few seconds, the mission timer popped up once again, and through the timeframe, which took couple seconds, you had to shoot yourself with a Rocket Launcher, and thus by wasting yourself, the side mission was a success and didn't crash that way. You would lose all your weapon, but The Hero Garb would be permanently unlocked that way.

The Stunt Jump in Portland Harbor had a impossible location to complete even with most fastest cars and bikes you can ever possibly imagine. The place where this specific Stunt Jump was accepted, was far away from it's intended final release location, which where the warehouse roof demanded you to jump over one of vehicle props that was wayyyyyy too far. Ultimately, to pull off this impossible Stunt Jump, you need to spawn a Maverick Helicopter, and fly as low as possible over the ramp, and land where the vehicle prop is located at. That way I managed to complete all the Stunt Jumps, which is a huge thanks to Dr. Bath Salt on YouTube who taught me this through comments.

One of Rampages were also changed - the one in Shoreside Vale - Wichita Gardens, instead of using the SPAS-12 in the original release, you needed to drive-by with a Micro Uzi instead and destroy vehicles as well. Punk Noodles side mission had lower countdown (originally 4 minutes and 20 seconds, this version had 4 minutes), the Bike Salesman has a broken Freeway option which fills the bar nearly instantly and thus made it much easier to clear. I noticed as well with the Firetruck and the Ambulance that they have their own radios installed in, which was a huge plus because I cannot stand the same "WEEWOOWEEWOO" over and over. Of course, missions from all kinds given by other people were also changed where sometimes they gave you extra 200 bucks or less than 200 bucks.

Other than that, having a Yellow/Golden PCJ-600 was a dream I have ever wished since 2010, it was the first time I played it originally and completed it over 35+ times, with multiple 100% completions. I would say, I want to give the July build a try now, but considering some comments I read through, is there a tool/program to replace July build files with September build files, or is it the opposite? I have noticed differences from different creators as well but I feel obliged to 100% this game again.
