It's production music as opposed to a song, music libraries for television, radio and film - usually where budgets don't span enough for original composition.

L + R + DOWN + CROSS: Must be pressed during the loading screen(s)
R + O + DOWN: To activate the menu itself with the options
D-pad left/right: To navigate between the options, I guess?
And
Change Outfit:         R + TRIANGLE + LEFT or RIGHT
    Cheat Mode ON/OFF:     L + DOWN
    Traffic ON/OFF:        L + SELECT

Yes! This texture, that's nice. I Guess the Spirit E name for the V8 Ghost was even the earlier than the July build I suppose

 

Edit. @MAJEST1C_R3 By the way. Is there any way to mod the gta3.img game.dtz and the sfx?

Unfortunately only with HEX editor. Would be cool to make 0.01 GAME2.DAT and GTA3PSP.IMG compatible with 0.02 and get almost original 0.01 build

 

Edit. Ok 0.01 DTZ/IMG 'kinda' works. But I have random crashes

If he's eating in restaurant it doesn't means it's Donald, because character was based on Ralphie from the Sopranos and this scene makes a lot of sense for me 


Btw this actor was played Luigi in gta3, but it doesn't means anything, at first I thought it can be early Vincenzo version but probably it's just a random character as it was in multiplayer loading screens

How? I made a custom build based on your former instructions, it boots up without any problems.

 

But then I also tried replacing gta3psphr.img and adding GAME2.DAT instead of .DTZ and the game always crashes when starting.

In short, SFX sample data tables in DTZ are incompatible and cause that crash. I replaced 0.01 table with 0.02 one through HEX, compressed file and increased DTZ memory buffer. I try to deal with random crashes and will share files

Amazing work, man! But there does seem to be a minor problem. The text is not properly displayed, no matter if 0.02 or 0.01 GXT files are used. Here's what I'm talking about:

If you want to decompile 0.01 SCM with Sanny Builder

In *SannyBuilderDir*\data\lcs\LCSSCM.INI

1. Change line "0620=4,store_building_swap %1d% %2d% %3d% %4d%" to "0620=3,store_building_swap %1d% %2d% %3d%"

2. Add line "061E=1,unknown %1d%"

 

Don't forget to backup original file before

Speaking of 0.01 SCM, why do "Dealing Revenge" and "Snuff" seem to crash on it?

Looks like 061E opcode causes that crash. I've replaced it to "wait 0" and mission works

 

I don't know what it does, arguments always 0.0 or 1.0

Thank you so much for making this work! Just wanted to point out that the newest readme didn't mention replacing the contents of the ANIM folder, just happened to notice some cutscenes crashed the game that worked with the previous set of files

 

EDIT: Oh yeah, GXT files too!

I've installed all files, but I'm always getting the same blue screen:

Edit. thanks to @Elmotus, I got it working now. Instructions didn't warn to replace files from ANIM and TXT from 0.01 - which caused the crash.
