Topfun can be returned to the game.
For return the car in the game you need to add a line "
219, topfun, topfun, car, PONY, TOPFUN, van, taxi, 20, 7, 0, 252, 0.7, 0.15" to a file "default.ide"

Why they don't have any textures? And what's up with Tommy's sound?

Car don't have textures because the texture is read from Textures_PVR folder instead of IMG archives with TXD files

The sound depends on the model ID. ID 217 have this sound. For install normal sound you need to find a correct id. This Id(217), was used for the test.

How do you know which vehicles can be brought into the game?

I know how to do it because I was working with files on other games of GTA 3D Era.

That method works with any 3D era game, maybe try IDs between used? Or as it was with VC, try 237.

I don't know the last working id for vehicles in gta lcs, so it can be. Try it later

Some of the beta stuff have been used on iOS and Android versions.

 

 

A_TALK1: ~w~I got all your home defense needs.

You can hear the Ammunition/Phil's weapon guy saying this line. Also, green property icon has been used as Safehouse icon.

Also the game is entirely made on VC Engine. I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but it's the best possible explanation why some vehicles in the Artworks/Screens (like PCJ-600) share models and textures with their Vice City counterparts.

Yeah nothing too crazy on this pic, everything looks the same but look at the game, it cleary looks like GTA III, but where is this? This is not in LC.

I can't believe that they used fanmade maps for concept bgs.

Right, but how are you finding out which specific vehicles can be spawned? Are you finding them in the models archive or something like that? Or are you just trying known cut vehicles and random vehicles from VC?

Yea, I second that it's definently not Liberty City, despite what the map says. If anything, it's just an edited picture of GTA 3 with this map (the same mcdonalds-looking building from the picture shows up in the video at 4:02).

I find the models in gta3.img and write them in default.ide. For they 100% spawn, I write "taxi, 20, 7, 0".

I have no clue about that, i only saw it on Modding section where someone restored it to Vice City, its like maverick with speakers

220, mafiablood, mafiablood, car, MAFIA, MAFIACR, null, taxi, 20, 7, 0, 254, 0.7, 0.04" to a file "default.ide" and open the file "vehicles.col" with program "Collision File Editor", find the collision of "mafia", make a copy of this collision and renamed to "mafiablood". Save "vehicles.col" file.
