Car don't have textures because the texture is read from Textures_PVR folder instead of IMG archives with TXD files The sound depends on the model ID. ID 217 have this sound. For install normal sound you need to find a correct id. This Id(217), was used for the test. @Qwerty Van Hallen How do you know which vehicles can be brought into the game? This is not in LC. I can't believe that they used fanmade maps for concept bgs. Yea, I second that it's definently not Liberty City, despite what the map says. If anything, it's just an edited picture of GTA 3 with this map (the same mcdonalds-looking building from the picture shows up in the video at 4:02).
