Special Peds Locations

What title says.

Basically, where are some peds that always spawn there (or most of the time) that are distinctive. I've found two so far:

The cyclist on the street of the LS Customs in Sandy Shores:

He does some amusing poses. Few times it'll be a different guy and other times two other riders will pass by. They all have sweet bikes.

There's also this one:



Was sitting in my truck (left) when this Prius pulls up. Four guys get out, see them walk over to the empty house being built in the construction street. They're standing around. Okay, then. Walk back to truck, get in, look at the guys. See this:



Kids found a place to drink booze!

So I'm wondering you guys found any special peds for us to discover?

Guidelines as to what a "special" ped is:

There's no real rulebook about this so we'll make guidelines as we go. I'll add what I believe is needed to consider a ped "special", you may argue my points or add your own (just comment here or send me a message). I'll make the guidelines widely acceptable so there's no bitching. Righto, let's go:

- Must look or act distinctively such as look like a transgender, yell something absurd that is fascinating (how fascinating is left to the player, there is no scale for this, but don't put stupid crap people hear a lot like "Killing makes my dick hard!") or other little things that make that ped special.

- While it is best that they appear only in certain parts of the map (such as ballas only in the ghetto and not seen in Sandy Shores, thus making them somewhat special), a special ped can spawn anywhere. They don't need a pre-determined spawn location. Pre-determined peds should be mentioned, though, as some players may not have encountered them yet. We will not count gangs such as ballas, The Lost, etc.

- If a ped is eating a sandwich but is on a ledge, does that make him special? Probably not. While fun to discover where peds can go and be, they are not special peds. Remember: peds can climb Mt.Chiliad so if a ped is up a ladder, he's probably not Superman.

If she doesn't walk away, then I agree - she should be a special ped as she's quite the...euh...model.
Where is she located?

no pics, but there's the homeless guy under the freeway overpass near the main ammunation with shooting range (lots of people know of this though really) and there's another group of npc's that hang out over by Trevor scrapyard along the road that goes behind the scrapyard. and the mariachi band up the street from Pitchers? i think. there's actually a lot of these npc's around when you take the time and look.

Probably just a glitch but I found a guy sat on an invisible 3ft high bench between the pier and canals lol

yeah that's a glitch, he should be sitting on one of those electrical boxes. i see this stuff more and more with new updates usually.

There's a couple of people whose car (usually a Futo) breaks down by a park just up from Madrazo's house. They only appear at certain times. Even a little further up, there's a construction crew that appears around mid-day. Not far, there's also a group along the side of the road with Faggios around mid-day. There's also, as OP noted, the cyclist near Sandy Shores only during the day.

As stated above (trannies), there's 2 clubs (I think) that has a tranny following. I posted a tranny in another topic days ago, will try to get a picture when I can of the whole club. It's on the Vinewood boulevard (the street with the stars on it...or the one above that one towards Vinewood sign).

Behind the tennis courts/swimming pool complex on the GOH between Del Perro and Chumash.

 

Topless swimmers there on occasion too - if you're into that sort of thing.

I fell off and he wasn't there when I climbed back up. I've been back several times and haven't seen him since. Hope he's alright. Dude couldn't finish a sandwich if his life depended on it.

They seem to spawn during the 8 o'clock hour.

There's a race marker for Cult Following right by the camp. Just be ready to shoot and ready to see things you don't want to see. It's a good place to hold out from the cops though with friends.
