Would you like to see peds driving modded cars?

I mean, instead of having all 100% vehicles on the street be stock, Would you like to 1/10 cars on the streets be modded?

For example; you are Driving near Paleto bay and you see this SUV this ped has with OffRoad wheels and modded for 4x4 offroading or, you are driving near the Airport and you see a moded Japanese car JDM Style. Or even Luxury cars on Portola Dr. with customized.

Would not be bad thing but it seems when you get in cars they spawn a lot or similar cars spawn in the same category. Off-road, sports, 2wheels, 2doors, 4doors, etc. for awhile when patch 1.11 come the spawning was brilliant but I dunno it looking like back to before or maybe my current SP I'm doing over just being a cruddy bitch! , I also don't mod many cars because it saves them if you lose them, making my repo garage have sh*tty cars I didn't want and the garages make it hard to see what the modifications actually look like when outside the garage, camera angle sucks in some.

Yeah, actually. I feel like all my cars are weird looking because nobody else in Los Santos uses the LSC.

The only custom cars I've seen peds drive are paint jobs. Like the other day I saw an orange car, and the skirts and the lower bumpers were chrome.

There's some custom cars on the streets, mostly gang cars in Davis, there is often a purple custom Peyotte parked in Grove Street
