I have over 8 days played on this game and I have never seen it around. I'm trying to complete my garage and I need a sedan. Cudwieser Posted March 28, 2014 Share Posted March 28, 2014 Either pinch it at the start of the game during the race with lamar (simply use it as your car in the race, otherwise wait until simeon requests it either through his list or as an HPV (very rare). Simeon requesting it merely ups the odds of finding one, but as for locations Vespuci Beach car park and the Golf Club are your best bets.
