Good cheap (ish) headset for PS3?

Hi all. Bought a cheap headset for about 15£ which aint doing the job. Anyone know the best headset for under £50?

Most PS3 headsets are pretty tatty to be fair, I assume you got one of those ones which hangs off one ear and you can't hear sh*t. For quality you'll have to probably go turtle-beach equivalent, but check its a chat headset obviously. You can get some turtle beaches for £50 though, I literally just searched em on google.

i bought these 3 weeks ago and are fantastic!...you have a little dial thing on the wire so you can easily mute your head set, and adjust the ingame volume and others chat,as well as a bass boost which is nice...definitely worth the money..all the best my friend

Yeah, "good" and "cheap" aren't mutually exclusive when it comes to headsets, you really get what you pay for there. I went through several before the PX21's, and I'll probably get them again if they were ever to take a dump. Beauty part is they're compatible with just about any gaming system, the auxiliary cable plugs into the multi-out on the tv, so I can just unplug the USB from the PS3 and switch it to the PS4, no muss no fuss. Sound quality is top notch, you'd be surprised how much hearing footsteps and such can improve your game, especially in games like COD.

Not lung got turtle beach P11 and they seem really good. The separate voice volume is handy

Asda £8 - gioteck bluetooth earpiece, has noise cancelling technology but needs charged every five or six hours, but also works with your phone.

I have these as well, got them at Christmas. I would recommend these, decent quality, and a good price
