Best traps you had setup?

Loaded my Godder aka Golden Chradder with ignition bomb. Parked it between a firefight. God knows nobody can resist hijacking a Godder. *Poof took 2 down with that, worth it.

 

The other one, wasn't me but some random in the server a couple weeks back. Invited everyone to his/her apt, including me and some others with bounties. I thought as long as I wasn't in the garage it was safe. *Pewpew wiped the server out with the noobtube. Dirty as ***k move, but I give credit for that it was smart.

Getting chased by a sportscar while I was in my Tailgater. Losing health quick because I can't lose a car faster than me and I crashed a couple of times already.

 

I drove past my friend touring LS with a Buzzard and I let him take the kills.

Actually found it on here, its my favorite way to kill pacifists now.

 

Get Buzzard and throw sticky bomb in back, land near pacifist, works great if they're in shop. go in and start trying to hit them, they'll run out see buzzard and can't resist taking a ride. As soon as they fly away ... Boom.

This is a WIP, but before I go in Passive mode, I rig a normal-looking car with a sticky, park it next to a store, park my car across the street, and wait for someone pretending to shop.

 

Then, when someone inevitably tries to get a cheap shot, they'll hide by the civilian car, then I blow it up.

 

EDIT: This only works if they also saw an obvious player car. Otherwise they'll assume the civilian car is your car, and avoid it.

it would have been a win if it was in other car but dropping 5k on a ignition bomb plus 12,500 on the insurance you had to pay...

 

no single kill is worth close to 18k.

 

 

back on topic, sometimes i rig a car with stickys and go around picking up players in pussy mode. after i have atleast 2 i proceed to drive really fast, jump out of the car and BOOM!

There is none better than a sticky bomb in front of Simeons garage when someone is trying to deliver an HPV. Even better when you claim a bounty from it. An ignition bomb in the HPV is a close 2nd.

When you have a bounty, head for the hospital. Grab a heli, go to the top of the roof.

 

From there, there are several vantage points covering all access to the helicopters, and there's even a cubbyhole for cover from airstrikes.

 

The best is when they think they've finally made it to the chopper and they're gonna get your ass . . . sticky bomb!

No one seems to know about this.. On vine wood blvd, a block from the crane next to eclipse, is an apartment complex (either is or is behind Pegasus concierge bld) that is shaped in a "u" the only access to the interior court where the pool is a single door and the door is encased in bomb proof glass wall that covers the entire side so you can see anyone coming... They can't get you at all and it's not cheating

 

Plant stickies on stairway leading to door and they don't stand a chance. That's if they can even figure out how to get to u in the first place

Ignition bomb and leaving it near LSC on the street posing as a regular car to steal. It was awesome when I was with friends and then they all wondered how I killed someone from across the map.

Used to park my old jb 700 in a space outside LSC as a bait car with a remote bomb in the billionaire days and hide on one of the nearby building's roof. Within minutes, some sucker would see it and take it for a joyride. I'd blow it up as soon as they left the lot. One time, the guy i blew up put a bounty on me and he and another guy chased me for a couple minutes until one of them killed me. I called Mors and got the car back and drove it into LSC to install another remote bomb. As soon as i exited LSC, some idiot spawnkilled me and stole the car! That dumbass then proceeded to drive the car past me when i respawned as if to say "haha i stole your car". I took great pleasure detonating the remote bomb on his ass.

I've been doing that lately and I'm honestly not too disappointed to get shot out of it.

 

The best one I've managed so far was a level 98 someone trying to ambush me at drop-off point. He raced me there in a Buzzard but I managed to sucker him into an impromptu deathmatch before "retreating" to leave the HPV to him...

I don't chase people so once in a while play possum if someone chases me. See them coming at me on the map, run like I am afraid and get just far enough ahead in car or on foot to find a good alley. Jump out, put a sticky on the inside corner and run further down and post up against a wall like I am ready to shoot around a corner. They usually do the same and hug the outside corner right beside it.

 

One time got three at once.

A few weeks ago I grabbed Simeons special vehicle. Some guy chased me down and killed me for it. I called in a Pegasus helicopter and flew onto the roof at Simeons garage. Waited until the guy was coming over the last bridge and went off radar. I placed like 5 stickie bombs at the garage door opening and blew them as he arrived. Sweet justice.

 

He messaged me after and laughed and said I guess I deserved it.
