9F or 9F Cabrio?

so i blew most of my money on car mods and have just enough for one more car

 

i'm not going for performance, as my second character's garage is mostly looks for now

 

so, which is better in terms of custom mods?

 

if they both lack extremely, i'll just hold off and buy a feltzer

 

but forreal, hurry and help me, because my mechanic won't stop f*ckin stealing my money

Cabrio, normally I'm against convertibles because IRL they mean lower structural integrity and more frame warpage under high stress racing conditions = poorer handling car, but the 9F just looks better Cabrio IMO.

I prefer the Cabrio for looks ( palm trees + sunshine + sunglasses= convertible)

 

 

But the regular 9F you can make look like the Audi RSQ.

I always keep the closed top one. It looks much better.

 

But the cabrio one also looks good when the top is down...

9F looks way better and Audi R8 is an awesome car irl. You are going to disappointed driving it though. I have a nice looking one in SP, but for MP I got no room in my garage for a sports car that isn't any good.

I've had both and I stuck with the hardtop. I'm usually in fm so I don't want to be an easy target. But I Do like the placement of the secondary color on the cabrio. I suggest the 9f. This is by far my favorite car though.

9f Cabrio was my first sports car, lava red. Drove like sh*t, got rid of it and bought a carbonizzare. Suggest you do same.

performance ain't my main gripe tho, as i used to always do freeroam races with the hotknife. THAT'S a car with sh*tty handling

It take the look away from the bubble but. Without spoiler it looks like sh*t, just like the real R8 when the spoiler is down.

Spoilers are always terrible. There's no air resistance in the game, doesn't increase traction, don't need it.

nah no offense was taken, i just wanted to avoid the tedious arguments i see, where someone eventually comes in and flaunts his disapproval for every car that isn't a direct copy of his own, doesn't matter how they dress their cars, it's annoying :\

the picture above helped be decide also, i like where the vents are placed on the hardtop more
