Lethal Vaccine
I have been playing The Lost and Damned AND The Ballad of Gay Tony with a friend on his PS3. Upon 100% Completion that I achieved when we were playing, I decided to ask him to make a gamesave for me. But everytime I try to load it up in my PS3, it says "You Did Not Create This File. The File Cannot Be Loaded." Â How do I get this to work? I am desperate at the moment...
universetwisters
Did your friend make it on his PS3 profile or account? That might be the case.
Lethal Vaccine
Well, I am not sure. But isn't there a way to get passed this with "resigning" it or something with Xploder or something? This happens to some people who download gamesaves for GTA V or IV. But sometimes they will just download another gamesave, and then it will work...I really need to get this to work! Lethal Vaccine
Don't bother with this topic anymore. I am at 49.03% within 12 hours, soon to 100% completion. TBoGT is no different, I'll beat it quickly. GTA isn't too challenging for me, so it goes by quickly. Probably will be at 80% by tomorrow in TLaD. Sami Uso
Damn dude you have some good patience. I still haven't completed either one 100% yet (IV, TLAD, TBOGT) because of those stupid pigeons (flying rats) there are entirely too many to find and shoot, and when you do shoot them there are freaking cops after you! Maybe one day I'll finish them, maybe after I finish V 100%. I've just never had patience to get 100% for any game, ever.

Well, to me, the only point in buying the game it to get to 100% with 0 cheats used. Also store every vehicle I like and/or is rare/unique. For instance, I had to fail and kill myself ONCE in TLaD in order to obtain the Prison Bus. There is only two times it spawns and only during missions. The other mission which it spawns is too difficult. The mission I got it from was pretty easy, but it required mission failure and to die. Oh well. Deaths: 1 ; Mission Failure: 1, but 0 Times Busted, 0 Times Cheated, etc. When playing these games, I always weight the benefit of purposely failing the mission for a vehicle. In this case, it was necessary. I don't own the Prison Bus in V due to limited storage space, so I now have it in TLaD. For future reference, you could always use Bruteforce Save Data and unlock the gamesave.  Sorry for being an idiot, but I what is this? I heard of "Brute Force" but am completely unaware of what it is?  EDIT: Found a way to do this! Thanks a lot, man! I can get his TBoGT save this way!  I'll finish TLaD myself, though, first.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhcbPxd5j-Q  Yeah I used to have the patience for that kind of stuff many years ago but now that I'm getting older I just can't get into video games like I used to, that's why I've never completed a game 100%. I feel like I've wasted so much money on games because I never finish them. I can barely play GTA V for a few minutes until I get bored and wind up turning it off. I remember back in the day how I'd play video games from daylight to dark, games like Driver 1, 2, and Driv3r. I'd play those for countless hours trying to beat the missions, I never even got to disc 2 on Driver 2 because of how hard the missions were, and I was only like 7 or 8 at the time, maybe that's why. Fast forward say 10 years later, I just can't get into games like I used to, I don't know what happened to me. I used to love video games with a passion. I've beaten countless video games (story modes and campaigns). If I was the same I was 10 years ago, I'd have already completed every game I own to 100%. Maybe I'm just growing up IDK how to explain it.  EDIT: It also doesn't help the fact that i've always used cheats in all GTAs I have played except for GTA V. I feel it's impossible for me to beat without cheats especially GTA III and Vice City. I always used to break so many controllers because I couldn't beat certain missions. That's when I resorted to cheats, and now I feel very ashamed of myself. Maybe games aren't for me anymore. However, these games aren't TOO challenging for me. I've only had to reload the game because I died like 3 times now I believe. I mean I did this on maybe 2-3 missions, but the most tries a mission would take me is about 3 tries, most times doing it first try, too.  Also, when I went to college in 2008, now graduated in August 2013, I didn't game AT ALL in those years, not even once for 1 minute, so taking that long break and upon V's release, I got excited again...The nastalgia of 100%'ing GTA! So I 100% V back in October, then soon after GTA IV, and now GTA IV's DLC's. I already 100%'ed III, VC, and SA back in 2007 in the Summer with a friend. Lethal Vaccine
I think I just need the motivation for this kind of stuff. However I don't know how to get motivated.  Dude! I am now at 88.33%. LOL, I've only played this two days so far from 0% and already at 88.33% in TLaD. And do you know what the hardest stuff for me was to do, which required a lot of patience and tons of times yelling at the screen - Pool, Darts, Air Hockey, Arm Wrestling. Worst f*cking things, ever. Pool was fun, but I lost 5 times before I won on the 6th try. I losts Darts 9 times and on the 10th try I got it, same with Air Hockey. Arm Wrestling hurt my hand and controller as you gotta move the right joystick left and right very fast to win, my controller took a beating - What a lousy minigame. That was my worst parts of the game, the stuff that counts as like 1.25 or 1.50% of the entire game to 100% completion...  All I got left is Argus' Bike Thefts which is 5% and only 10 of those, and 50 Sea Gulls which counts as 3.33% and 25 Gang Wars which also counts as 3.33% (Except I will do 50 of those, because I want the guns at my safehouse which you get from doing more than 25)...So 88.33% + 5% + 3.33% + 3.33% = 100% Completion! Tomorrow will be day three and I plan on finishing the 50 Sea Gulls and Argus' Bike Thefts, then all I got to do is 25 Gang Wars for 100% Completion, but I will keep going until I reach 50 of them!  I also have 12/16 vehicles stored that I really like and interest me: Prison Bus, Unique Blue Colored Rhapsody, Sultan RS, Feltzer, Enforcer, FIB Buffalo, NOOSE Cruiser, Banshee, Turismo, Unique Orange Colored Double T Custom, Unique Red Colored Cognoscenti, Unique Orange Colored Infernus. I will also be getting a Comet, Super GT, Coquette, and NOOSE Patriot. The Comet and Super GT spawn during the Gang Wars from certain gangs. But the Coquette might take my some time to find. The NOOSE Patriot is easy to steal on 3 stars and evade the stars, too.   For TBoGT, I might just load my friend's save up and resign it with Brute Force Save Data like in the video above. But I might actually play that one myself, too. They go quickly for me, I can do 30-50% a day, lol... Edited March 29, 2014 by Militia
Sami Uso
It's not funny man. I've been wanting to do this kind of stuff but I guess I lost interest a long time ago. It's like something took away the passion that I always had for video games. One of these days I'm looking for my Xbox to go out, when that happens, all my entertainment will be gone, and I'll be stuck with my PC, PS2, and GameCube. Next time I buy another system I can guarantee you it won't be another system from Microsoft, f*ck them. I'll either buy a PS3 or a PS4. I'll have to rebuy all the games I have on 360 for the PS3 too, but I'm sure they're all pretty damn cheap now anyways.
Lethal Vaccine
I only own 16 total games across PS1, 2, and 3. I don't game much and have passion to play video games. I am only overly obsessed with GTA. Not sure why. But GTA is the only games I really like and enjoy out of everything I have and know. I own III, VC, SA, IV, EfLC, and V. I do not own Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories, Chinatown Wars, GTA 1, or GTA 2. - I don't think I will get any of these, either. GTA 1, 2, and Chinatown Wars in my eyes aren't the "GTA games" we love today. I see GTA III as being the first "real" GTA which is similar to V and everything in between. The 2D stuff is just chaos and I don't like that above camera view. I won't bother getting those ever. Â But yeah, tomorrow I will have completed the 50 Sea Gulls and Angus' Bike Thefts. Then all I got left to do is find/store 4 more vehicles and the 50 Gang Wars which I will enjoy. I know I will. Â Tip: - If you are having trouble, or dying a lot in a mission or whatever you're doing, Youtube is your best friend. I did this with a lot of stuff for GTA V. And some stuff for TLaD. And TBoGT will be no different, I'll check stuff before I do some things. That is how you never miss a vehicle from a mission that otherwise wouldn't be able to obtain, like the Prison Bus, for instance, in TLaD. Only two ways to get it. One which is f*cking impossible basically on the final storyline mission, and the easier mission is where I got it, except it requires mission failure and for you to die. So my stats say Died: 1 time, and 23 missions passed, 24 missions attempted, 1 mission failed. But I purposely failed it to obtain the Prison Bus! Sami Uso
I completed all of those without cheats except IV. Meaning I only beat TBOGT, TLAD, and GTA V without use of cheats. Now all I gotta do is go for that 100%! Thanks for the motivation man that's all I needed. Now I should have no problem as long as I have a tutorial video if I'm having problems. I have one question though, where the hell are you storing all those vehicles? Is it at all the available safehouses across all 3 games? There are no garages so it has to be at the available safehouse parking spots.

I have one question though, where the hell are you storing all those vehicles? Is it at all the available safehouses across all 3 games? There are no garages so it has to be at the available safehouse parking spots. Â In GTA IV, there is FIVE safehouses, two vehicles each can be stored at each safehouse. Allowing a total of 10 vehicles you can store in standard GTA IV. 4 safehouses are marked on the map, and one safehouse gets removed from the map early on in the story, BUT you can still save two vehicles at the safehouse. I believe it's Roman's house, which is used as a "Safehouse" early on in the story, but later it goes off the map, but the parking spots can still be used, even after 100% completion. I have my 10 vehicles in IV saved. Â In TLaD, there is 14 storable parking spots. 5 spots (10 vehicles, two per each parking spot from Standard GTA IV), and two safehouses. The MC Clubhouse, even after you burn it down at the end of the story, the two slots can be used to save vehicles. Also the actual "safehouse" where you can save can be used. However, if you BOUGHT the actual disc "Episodes from Liberty City" you can actually use another location to save 2 more vehicles, giving you 10 + 4 + 2 = 16 in TLaD. If you didn't buy this particular disc, then you only have 14 spots to store vehicles. Like, if you own TLaD but NOT on the disc EfLC, then you only get 14 save slots for vehicles. I got EfLC, so I got 16!. TBoGT is the same. You got 16 spots in that game. The 5 spots from GTA IV Standard Edition, plus everything else in that game. I haven't played it yet to 100%, so Idk what safehouse is what, but I know you can store 16 vehicles, cuz my friend did. And since I am playing TLaD these past days, I know 16 can be stored, too. But only if you have EfLC, if not, 14 spaces! Â The only thing that sucks, is you gotta memorize the map locations from GTA IV as to where the safehouses were in Bohan, Algonquin, and Alderney. There is 2 in Bohan, 2 in Algonquin, and 1 in Alderney.
Lethal Vaccine
Lol, up to 96.67% Â Just gotta do 25 Gang Wars and it's 100% which I will get tomorrow. So it took me 3 and a half to 4 days for 100% Completion. The Ballad of Gay Tony is next!
Lethal Vaccine
TLaD is officially over. 100% Completion/0 cheats used. Time to move onto TBoGT. Â EDIT: I copied my friend's save for TBoGT using Brute Force Save Data program, and it WORKED! His save is awesome like my TLaD save is. Very excited about this! Both games are 100%/0 cheats used, and the best vehicles in both games in all 16 save slots. Edited March 31, 2014 by Militia thehambone
