has anyone frozen recently?

i dont wanna speak too soon, but i played many hours yesterday and my game didnt freeze. must have been a full moon lol. launching the game now and hoping that the same thing happens. did you freeze recently? or has it at least been at a lesser extent? hopefully that whole rooftop rumble thing fixed it.

I froze while trying to report some sick-o for asking "are any little boys playing?" and when a few younger kids replied he started talking to them about some pretty sexually-graphic stuff. It froze as I hit SUBMIT. Rockstar would protect a pedo wouldn't they?

They have decreased by a ten fold. After 1.11 it would freeze almost every 5m in both sp and mp.

 

Now it is just a few times a week.

I have been freezing at random times as well I just restart and it is good for a while. Glad to see I am not the only one this is happening to.

Freezes were not all that common for me anyway.

I've had it happen twice but since 1.11 I've been hitting the game pretty hard, I'd say that's two crashes in twenty-five to thirty hours or so.

I'm freezing right now. Left Phoenix Tuesday and it was 85. Working in Chicago til tomorrow and it was 17 yesterday morning and today is drizzling and overcast.

 

Can't wait to get home and freeze on GTA instead of this crap.

AWWW...Thank God Im not the only one! Yes My Xbox Freezes randomly for no reason...about to stop playn gta5...I feel like its messing up the software...and my Xbox is Brand-spanken-new...got it last month from Gamestop

yup lol. i was right. i had spoken too soon. froze about ten minutes ago. sucks cuz i played a lot yesterday and it never froze. ffs rockstar...

Seems to freeze more for me (ps3) at busy times. I expect weekends to be worse than during the week, and usually not disappointed. My console is only a couple months old, worried the freezing is damaging it, issue started with 1.11.

That's interesting, freezing on mine is always is public session, runs smoothly in io.

Yep, last two days I have played, today I might of been playing for less then an hour and it froze, and yesterday, about an hour in at froze

Only once. I've noticed a recent issue with the game failing to delete certain peds like roadblock cops, or just some other cops who had engaged you earlier. I noticed this when I got wanted in Paleto Bay, opened up the full map and saw police blips all the way over in Los Santos. I think the game just couldn't handle all of the cops around the map.

I am freezing since that 1.11 patch. I never froze before that. Really weird.

Maybe there is something that somebody does, an NPC or a player in Online that makes you freeze. I hope nobody finds out what before they fix it or people will abuse it. Obviously just a theory.

It froze twice yesterday... once while getting in the NOOSE truck, and once firing my grenade launcher on an Adder. It's so annoying to turn it off, turn it on, load GTA again, load Online again. It takes forever!

We canadians never freeze. Over heating though yeah thats a big problem
