Just reviewed your stream race. Same is happening here, so no good thing you posted the picture as I can definately see the cp's aren't placed as they should. Check the CP placement guide in my signature!

If it shouldn't rain or be night, you should put weather/ToD to either Morning or Noon, and to Clear... You can do that in the creator... Also, looking at the map there is obviously a lot of CP's stacked, so I'd take stronktank's advice here and do a revision...
