At least some coding for the heists was added in 1.11, just left inactive, meaning that they're on the way...also, rumour has it that either mansions or just additional currently-available properties will be available for purchase.

 

Not sure how true all of it is, though.

It will probably fix Rooftop Rumble, maybe add those three cars people have been talking about, and probably make it so that the Ratloader will cost money to buy.

Due to the long wait without any information, I'm guessing Heists are next along with the possibility of buying extra properties considering they changed "Home" in the quick GPS to "*insert address here*". What else are we going to do with all the extra money from heists insteadof buying cars and houses?

 

They are probably spending as much time as they can on it to make sure they are all polished and done well before giving us any information.

Yeah nothing has been said yet, so heists must definitely be coming out next. They even pretty much said that when they said "Stay tuned for heists." I feel like that's what they meant and anything that is even vaguely implied by R* is fact around these parts.

They'll add a new loading screen warning good sports that they can still be reported too. Three new ringtones/themes for the mobile. Another cash card. A loading screen about cash cards. Patch for tanks allowing them to move faster and fly.

 

Could just be rumors though.

rumor from the rumor mill is that the next patch is coming next friday and it contains 5 new properties, 3 new cars (the same ones everyone knows about), a new gun (don't know what it is), and some new clothes. believe me or not, i don't care.

Besides the obvious bug fixes (game freezing, car duplication, SP to MP), the strong indication is that it'll either include heists or Capture Mode creator (possibly both). As for actual purchasable content in-game, it's very unlikely since nothing was added in the game code in 1.11. Despite the car name leaks (which have been floating around for months), the mods and general shape of 2 of the vehicles suggest that they were replaced and renamed as the Jester and Turismo R.

I expect there to be some news tomorrow or over the weekend with the update dropping on April 1st which will include some sort of in-game 'April fools'.
