Night clubs in GTA V?

Do you really think Night clubs would be great in GTA V? Night clubs where nice in VC and TBOGT. Sad to see no Night clubs in GTA V, but I personally think they would fit perfect with the Los Angeles type theme.

What do you think? Would NC's fit or not?

I'd much rather see underground raves. They're the best, not to mention rave dances/music are better than club dances/music, as shown here.

Definitely! There's few clubs that could be used such as Tequila-la-la and Bahama Mamas west that could be used.

Wasn't Bahama Mamas from Vice City?

You're mistaking the Malibu Club for Bahama mamas, Bahama mamas was introduced in TBOGT as a mission only location. It was pretty big but really sad that it had to be closed.

Same here. The 90's rave parties were a blast. Shame they died out with the last century thought:

No, it was from TBOGT. Maybe you're thinking of the Malibu Club?

One of the things I was pumped for when they released the Bahama Mamas West screenshot... it's a shame that it's just a texture, I really wanted TBOGT's dancing minigame to return.

I would love to see night clubs, but guys, one thing.. Wouldn't it be a little strange seeing a Drug dealing bank robbing redneck dancing on the dance floor? A.K.A Trevor Phillips.

I for one wouldn't mind a retro 80's hip-hop minigame with all three protagonists.

I see someone already brought up the "night clubs would be out of character for the protags." Not for Franklin. Hell maybe even Michael could go with Amanda for a night out. It's better than the dull as f*ck activities we have now.

Uh hey Amanda lets hang out.

Okay drop me off at this place so I can go shopping.

O-okay... good h-hanging out Amanda.

I would love nightclubs. Rockstar were being the biggest f*cking trolls when they released that Bahama Mamas screenshot, knowing it wasn't enterable. Do they honestly think we go crazy over hollow boxes as opposed to something with an actual interior and activities?

They should make it that if he tries to enter the bouncers try to eject him.

It would really explain all those character switch scenarios in which he's yelling at bouncers.

I want a Nightclub DLC that plays nothing but House Music when you go in. I've been in love with this music since GTA SA came out. I'd love to hear them play "Mr. Fingers: Can You Feel it" in a night club along with a dancing minigame, but R* probably won't reuse this music, it was awesome as f*ck in SA though. I mean just listen to this wonderful song:

If R* can pull off a House Music Nightclub, I'd buy it in a heartbeat if it was a DLC, If it was free then that's fine too. Also a Radio station dedicated to House Music or better yet bring back SF-UR!

No disrespect OP, but this is a silly question. Of course nightclubs would have been great in GTA V, they could have been something amazing. LA is known for it's vibrant, very glamorous nightlife - not including accessible nightclub interiors was one of Rockstar's worst offences when making this game, along with not creating many interiors in general. That Tequi-La-La club would have been fun to enter at anytime with a lively nightclub setting. Get into a brawl, gunfight in the club, drinking, dancing etc.

The nightclubs were brilliant in TBOGT, there was no reason why we could not have them again in V. This was a a major fail from Rockstar for sure.

Bouncers just reject people who they don't want it there. Make up an excuse like inappropriate clothes.

Once when we were entering a club an 50 year old bogan looking bloke wanted to come in. Everyone else in the line were late teens and 20s.

The bouncer said he couldn't come in because of his shoes. My mate had almost exact same shoes on and got in no problems.

I think it would have been pretty mad if they did implement it, especially LA being the nightlife place of America, could jut imagine Franklin dancing and bringing chicks home with him, or even Michael and Amanda, just see them chilling out having a couple of beers watching a band play Fire doesn't burn itself by Sam Flax, and just talking about the good times.

LS is based off of LA. I don't understand why there aren't any nightclubs like in TBOGT.

It's asinine. NIghtclubs would've added just a little more life to the city and a little more fun to the game.

It was so much fun to go dancing in TBOGT. Franklin seems like the type to go to a nightclub and get some girls there.

Great. Now I feel stupid. I made a Bahamas Mamas Deathmatch and said it was from Vice City. (Face palm)

I'm with General on this. Isn't this kind of a silly question? Who wouldn't want them in the game?

The inclusion of nightclubs would improve GTA V's night life (or lack there of) ten fold.

Yeah it's certainly one of the more questionable choices surrounding GTAV, LS is pretty much known for it's night life and club scene and yet, not even a show of it in the game, instead we just get a load of clubs put on the map that we can't go into.

When I first read the previews of GTA V, I thought it would have practically almost every significant and relevant interior that would always be accessible when playing the game. I remember first reading that you could enter and rob stores, you could buy and own properties etc - I was thinking that V would have all the interiors GTA IV had, and more.

I really thought V was gonna push all the boundaries in this area. How wrong I was.

That's all you see in Australia's outback. Gasoline sniffing, Jim beam swigging, holiday 40's ciggy smoking, glass pipe doping with some a stick of weed packing type clubbers. Welcome to Alice Springs, haha.
