Just grabbed up a Mesa for my friend. He couldn't unsure it, and it wasn't able to be driven in his garage.

Mercenary Attacks and SP to MP would be your safest bets..

always check if you can insure the vehicle first, gosh

im pretty sure that the mesa's from the gang attack beside zancudo are insurable, you just cant enter your garage with it until you switch sessions

R* put a fix on vehicles from gang attacks and missions making them unsaveable. Your best bet, as mentioned, would be calling mercenaries or SP to MP one.
