PS3: Lost my insured Albany Alpha. Not appearing on insurance list

So I got the car out of the garage and of course a guy chases me in a chrome Cheetah and throws sticky bombs at me. I threw one back and detonated it but it was too close to my car and it exploded. I cheeked with the insurance but it wasn't on the list(It was insured when I purchased it from the site). I called the repairman but it wasn't on his list either. So now what should I do? If this is fubar than I should start raising the money for a new one but I don't have time for raising it the hard way. If anyone can help me grind/glitch or whatever than that would be great( I work most of the week so I can't do it the hard way) I will be on tomorrow if anyone could help(Willing to give back 50% of what we earn).
