Putting Multiple Bounties on the Same Person Back-to-Back

Noticed this yesterday afternoon. If you put a bounty on someone, then leave online, then re-join the session with the person you put the bounty on (easy to do, unless the session is now full, of course), the bounty clock has re-set and you can put the bounty on them again (if someone has gotten the one you'd put on them previously) instead of waiting the 48 minutes to be able to put a bounty on them again.
