The background is a Panograph I took at a beach up in Coffs Habour using this ipad itself a few days ago while I was on vacation up there, really nice place I must say.

My smartphone is a Samsung Core Prime. It's quite a, decent phone, and it's specs suit all my needs. My only critics about it are the screen resolution (I'm fine with the size of the screen itself, I don't really like phablets, but it's pixel density isn't that impressive); the quality of the back camera isn't the best and since I installed the Android 5.0 the battery began draining much faster. Still, it's just fine for my needs, I'm not considering buying a new one on the next 2 years at least.

Had this one for like a month since Dad gave it to me as a surprise:

It's an X-BO V5, and yeah the hardware's a tad crappy with the phone signal cutting off every now and then. I might look for a replacement but for now this will do. 'Sides, I had some quality time experimenting with this piece of crap, installing jerry-rigged ROMs from teens who'd rave about Mediatek and the finer points of ROM porting with those SoCs.

I also have a Lenovo A7-30 GC and tell you what, while the device's mostly snappy, the camera's probably the potatoest thing you'd ever encounter. Even my previous Alcatel OT918N can beat the crap out of that tablet's blur-o-matic. :p

The sound on this phone is still better than any of my newer devices.

I was digging in a drawer and found my old Samsung SGH-I997 Infuse. This was a pretty good phone a few years back so I looked around and found a version of CM 11 for it.

Damn this thing is slow like molasses in January. I also found my old Moto Droid with the slide out keyboard. I'm becoming the Slamman of phones.

Moto X Pure Edition. It already runs nearly stock Android out of the box (save for the actually useful Motorola software features) so I don't have much reason to mess with custom ROMs until Motorola becomes too lazy with the software updates.

My new smartphone, a Samsung J3. Quite an affordable phone with decent specs, I'm happy with it. Runs Android 5.1 (unfortunately 6.0 didn't dropped yet for it), Google Now and a very cool Fallout 4 artwork I found.
