Was going to buy the Lumia 950, although from the looks of it Microsoft plan on releasing a phone under the Surface brand sometime this year, so I'll wait for that. EDIT: Oh and the layout of my start screen is based on the layout of my start menu on PC. Only difference is on Windows 10 Mobile the tiles can only go down in one row while on PC you can fit 3 or 4 depending on your resolution/options. Lumia 640, T-Mobile variant I'd recommend upgrading to Windows 10 Mobile via the Windows Insider app. It's pretty stable currently and I'd consider it a nice improvement over 8.1, it should run pretty well on a 640.
