EDM Radio Station?

Anyone feel like they want a Proper EDM Radio Station where say popular DJ's like Tiesto and Hardwell can play their tracks? I like Soulwax FM But some of the music sucks. Why doesn't Rockstar just allow us to connect us to Beatport or SoundCloud? That way we can have a custom radio station and everyone will be playing their choice of music in their car!

 

We can even hold a concert or maybe go for long drives listing to Linkin Park or ACDC.

No.... & I don't mean that in a disrespectful way, I just don't like the examples mentioned. But at this rate any new music is good.

 

I want more underground Drum&Bass, Breakcore or IDM electronic music. Something to blare when the fuzz gets Kent State over your ass.

I've only had my 360 for 6 years so I haven't got round to it, but can you use a media server as a music source via dashboard? Does this replace the radio stations?

I'd like a metal station, but there are so many ways they could go in a direction that I would not be too happy about.

Well, "proper" artists will require a much heftier license fee. But as an EDM lover myself, I'd like a station with Aphex Twin, Basement Jaxx, BT, Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Sasha & Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, Tiesto, Skrillex, etc..

 

Perhaps some ambient/downtempo with Enigma, Faithless, FSOL, The KLF, Massive Attack, The Orb, Royksopp, Tangerine Dream, etc..

 

I am glad, however, that they got the likes of Tangerine Dream and DJ Shadow to do the soundtrack for the game.

I am a big fan of Tiesto, Skrillex, Zedd, Avicii, Afro Jack, Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Swedish House Mafia, Axwell, David Guetta and I do hear Armin Van Burren Sometimes... Wish I could play their music blaring in my car. Hell with everyone I want my music. Oh and would love the option that others cannot mess with my radio. Gets annoying sometimes when other players turn off your radio or change the channel while your listening to it.

Well, the biggest problem for me is the game not remembering the last station preference, in my personal vehicle, and nor does it remember to keep the radio off, when I specifically set it. I know R* paid licenses and therefore wants to get their money's worth, but come on!

 

This is why I, finally having had enough, muted in-game music in options menu.
