how to remove bad sport?

I think the bad sport system is flawed. I leave races where there is no chance for me to win or even compete (due to others cheating, trolling, driving opposite way, etc) and when I leave games I am the one who is punished as a "bad sport." This is not justice. I have received a 15 day ban which is ridiculous. Could I get some help so I can join normal servers? How can I remove this? Can some people commend me? I'll help you out any way I can.

On topic, it isn't that easy to get into bad sport, so if you're in there it's your own fault. There's no way to get out of it, you just have to wait.
