flying skill

[LPGTAO]

Prior to 1.10 all my characters naturally maxed out on flying skill just by doing missions and flying normally. However, now I am having trouble. All my other stats are maxed but I'm still an RC pilot. I even rubber-banded a controller and got in a helicopter but nothing seems to be raising the bar. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

Get a plane, take off, retract wheels, deploy wheels, land,

Play lots of Base Invaders and make sure you're the one flying the Cargobob?

I always make sure I fly during missions unless I'm with a trusted friend:) It might make me seem greedy or whatever but I can't stand other people crashing. I'll try taking off and landing repeatedly. Flying in a helicopter for hours seems to be doing jack. All my other characters were maxed prior to 1.10 so I think this is a new thing, but can't be sure.
