I've been seeing a lot of post lately about how hackers are literally destroying the game from the inside out, and I'm just like this is GTA IV MP all over again, soon, seems like the Hackers are winning

 

who do you think is currently winning this war?

 

by hackers, i mean the bad ones, not the ones who discover DLC info for us

While I can deal with the OP's all encompassing use of "hackers", I cannot tolerate the poll choices: it is the hackers vs. the legitimate fans who want to play the game straight up.

Rockstar is winning. I've never ran into a hacker online. I'll say hackers are winning when at least a fifth of the sessions has one in it.

This is pretty much the bottom line. Hackers are nothing more than self-obsessed, self-absorbed and self-entitled glory hounds who do nothing but exploit for their own personal satisfaction, and anyone who approves of it doesn't deserve to call themselves gamers.

Hahaha well the hackers are still playing gta so I guess that means rockstar won since there are a million other games to play but instead of playing a different game they would rather just sit and btch an cry about how rockstar screwed them, oooooh I'm going to money glitch and hack... Hahaha your still playing their game in the end. Your not hurting rockstar they've made their money.. And continue making tons.... You can't do anything about it but cry an get the fk over it. I guess if you work so hard to destroy or manipulate something you love and provably sit on all day your failing, the game is so horrible and broken yet you cant play anything else? Your stuck in a game you hate? If you can't move on and your bored with gtao then your losing... See you on gta v for ps4 and Xbox1 cuz you know you'll buy it even though you hate rockstar sooooo much! TLDR: lolol

Hackers are winning but only because they love what they do. Do you think a person at R* loves sitting at his desk all day finding exploits to the game and find ways to fix them ? *Spoiler Alert * they don't . They would rather be with their families then fixing the game . Hackers can break the game and be with their families at the same time .
