Lost Pegasus vehicles

I've been playing on my 2nd character building him up, went back to my first and now he has no Pegasus vehicles. Pegasus didn't pickup at first, I bought a Journey and now it's the only vehicle showing, although the stats show access to planes, heli's etc.

 

I have raised it with R*, but I wondered if anyone else has ever had this and has a solution?
