Can't call mechanic,please help!

Yesterday i was completely broke,money in cash=$0, money in bank=$0, i can't even paid the for utility fee for the apartment.......

 

Now everytime i call mechanic to deliver my car,i keep getting message" I 'm otherwise occupied,call back later ok" how to fix this stuff?

First, get some money to pay him. Then wait 48 minutes. After those 48 minutes you will be able to use his services again.
