I want to get a racing bike which one do you think is better once it's fully modified?

 

The Ruffian or the Akuma?

The Akuma dominates the Ruffian. I've never had a motorcycle race where the winner rode a Ruffian.

The Ruffian is more of a free roam stunt bike.

You can literally drive up and over barriers and walls and many objects in a Ruffian if you wheelie.

 

The Akuma should do better in races, but a Ruffian can still win against them.

It's actually pretty close.

 

(A Bati is faster than an Akuma, but Akumas can still win all the time to)

I heard the Akuma handle turns much better then the Bati though

yhe bati requires a bit more skillful use of feathering the break. if you master that the bati is better

This is spot on. I have all 3 bikes and will never get rid of them. The ruffian might be the funnest land vehicle in the game.
