I wasn't being serious, but now I am. To my knowledge sentences to the Bad Sports Pool can last several months, if not indefinitely, depending on the "offence". There should be a timer somewhere, which I believe now displays your release date instead of a clock.

Then again, I do believe constantly killing someone in a free-mode regardless of a reason and spawn-killing the same guy is 'griefing', which is a reportable offence. Maybe if dickheads could leave deathmatching to deatchmatches, no-one would be reporting others for being a massive bellend.

When I was in the BS/Cheater lobby, I always found the timer would come up after driving around a bit and then pulling up the pause menu then exiting the pause menu (or go make a sandwich while in a lobby and check your notifications when you get back), it doesn't show up very frequently unfortunately.

You can shorten your sentence for good behaviour.

 

Here's what I heard from another site...

 

Rob every store one by one and share the cash with everyone (give it all away) every time you do a hold up. You will eventually be told you can't share any more cash, tell it to join a new session and repeat.

 

You will eventually get a message saying you have been let out of bad sport for good behaviour, next time, we may not be so nice or something like that.

 

Another way is to message people and share a commend player with each other, this works providing that other people keep commending you.

I got thrown in there last week. Just drive around being good, buy some clothes etc, you will get a message from R* telling you you've been let off early but to take it as a warning.

I was sentenced 2 weeks BS lobby but ended up only spending 20-30 minutes in there, hope i never set foot in there again.

Do a Survival, each round of survival is the equivalent to doing a mission or something like that, you'll get out of BS really fast.

I was in a bad sport lobby albeit it was back in early November. Got it for blowing up cars (going for player bounties) while sitting copilot and operating the missile launcher on a chopper with my friend. The penalty was 48 real world hours which sucked. Lobbies will filled with asshats and people constantly messaging you to commend them and they'll commend you. I couldn't play any gamemodes because lobbies wouldn't fill and at that time I was spending like 80% of my time racing so it ruined that aspect temporarily. I stopped playing the game for 2 days because of it. Went online on my last day of penalty and somehow got out early. I guess it was from players commending me. The nice thing was I came out of the bad sport system with a 5% discount on buying stuff because of all the commending. I still had a dunce hat when I left until I went back to single player. The worst part was because of being tied into bad sport lobbies, I couldn't even play with my friend.
