Anybody care to enlighten an old man as to what THIS thing is that came flying at me out of nowhere when I came out of my apartment tonight?

Not only did the player ram it into my Blista, but it pushed my poor compact about 20 yards before I got out, shot the driver and covered it in stickies.

And no, I did not think to steal it, I thought to watch in glee while the guy got back in and I blew it to snot.

But, I digress. Anyone know anything about this thing? Thanks! ;)

Yeah it's from the final heist if you choose the guns blazing option rather than the quiet approach setup.

I have to admit, it was really fun to see something I'd never seen before, even if it was smashing my windshield into the back of my head.

 

thanks for explaining! I kind of wish I'd stolen it and not blown it up. Ah well. ;)

What is it called in Real Life?

 

 

A "mole" or simply a "TBM" (tunnel boring machine). The world's largest TBM is called "Bertha" and it lives in Seattle (for now).

Does this thing spawn anywhere online or is it just imported from SP?

 

Imported from SP (I'd wager). Most utility vehicles don't seem to spawn online.
