SNL
You get a decent amount of RP from doing user created races. The higher your level the more RP. The common race most people do takes around 25 seconds to complete. I made a race that takes around 14 seconds to complete. You drive in a straight line and hold down the boosts after 10 seconds. I'm level 90 and getting around 2700 RP for a 15 second race. That's almost half of the time off of most of the fast races. to play the track "Life in the Fast Lane" (Xbox 360 only) click the link below and click add to game. Then you can find it on GTA under bookmarked jobs. http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/member/SteveLard/games/gtav/jobs/job/XC-JkvdYSUy3H4EYn7kCvA?platformId=1 Enjoy the Fast RP -SteveLardner

So how do you make one exactly? Is it literally one straight line and you spawn boosts all the way? Or am I missing something?
SNL
I've seen a few people going on about these super-RP super-short races? So how do you make one exactly? Is it literally one straight line and you spawn boosts all the way? Or am I missing something? Basically, custom races all give out the same amount of RP. But they have to be at least .62 miles long. The super fast races are a driving in a mostly straight line with checkpoints in a mostly straight line. You have to wait ten seconds before you can use boosts but then they are loaded with them. Mine is set up a little differently to make checkpoints not in a straight line to add distance, and that's why mine only takes 14 instead of a usual 23-25 seconds Edited March 26, 2014 by SNL
LPGTAO
This one takes 20 seconds or so and pays 2-3 thousand RP: http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/EEWETWXu3UqnxT6R2hdrBg?platformId=null
RowanSane
The method appears to be making it a GTA race, using maximum checkpoints and maximum GTA pickups (boosts preferred). Source: me, my drag race uses minimal checkpoints and no GTA pickups and gives a lot less RP. Edit: good tip from the OP to have the checkpoints slalom, making a shorter straight line distance.... SNL
good tip from the OP to have the checkpoints slalom, making a shorter straight line distance.... Thanks, each checkpoint has a radius for how close it can be placed to another and a bigger radius for how far away you can be and still get points. So by making the zig zag checkpoints you can drive straight through them completing a .62 mile race while only driving around .3 miles. Another tip I have for people is that after you place your starting grid, you have to place the first checkpoint away from it and can't move the checkpoint any closer, however you can switch back to the starting grid and move that closer to the checkpoint. When you start the race you are already on the second checkpoint and it counts the first one for a little distance. Malibu454

KristoLewis
Cool, ill be making one like that for ps3 soon if thats okay? Also just wondering if options really matter? Like traffic on, wanted level on etc, does it give out the same amount of rp no matter what options?

Yeah go for it, the options don't matter at all in terms of rp, but its a lot easier to do with traffic off
