Still no mechanic [help?]

I haven't had the mechanic for ages and it really freaking sucks

I had 0 money but even though I have money now I still haven't got him???

 

Any ideas?

Is his daily payment coming out of your bank account?

Maybe you need to re-insure/track a car to get him to activate again.

Mine doesn't come out every time I play, i guess it comes out when a day cycles in the game session. Just keep playing, it should come out saying you paid him. Still kinda weird.

 

If not try hitting the select button to bring up the mini menu and select "request personal vehicle". And see if that works
