What's the Youngest Player You've Encountered?

Zondar

Last night hit up a random survival and got processed.

Ended just me and a squeaker ( think he was about 11) who after a couple of rounds asked if his mate could join. So new player joins with GT ...2003, but it was actually the players wee brother who was playing. Turns out he was only 6! WTF?

He's got to be the youngest kid I've come across, can anyone beat that?

I wouldn't know, because I don't talk to them. But I'm pretty sure I've heard some toddlers on this game plenty of times through my TV

I don't tend to speak too much with little boys, think that gets you put on a list

I think there was a kid that was 6 or 7 and I could here his brother or sister (not sure) telling him to steal certain cars who couldn't have been older than 4.

Jesus, my son's 5 and I don't even think about turning on GTA 'til he's in bed, nevermind giving him the controller and headset.

Good for you, sir. Unfortunately some parents aren't as responsible or intelligent. I've run into little 8 year old punks on here. Its unbelievable.

This one kid sounded like he was 6 or 7, and had some foreign accent bursting "I VEEL KEEL JHOU!" and some other sh*t. I sticky bombed his car and he raged to high hell so bad I left the session. First instance of griefing someone then rage quitting after committing the act. God damn he was annoying.

I ran into an 11 year old telling embarrassing stories about his sister. His innocence made it completely f*cking hilarious.

I think an 8-10 year old somewhere around there. No f**ks given from parents these days.

12. I know this for certain, because my sister plays. She's 12.

I've come across players that sound young on the headset, but there's no real way to tell - they could be anything from as young as 6 or 7, through to 14 or so, I guess.

Based on the above, we're not the most responsible family, admittedly. All three of us, my brother, sister and I, grew up playing games with higher age ratings, in part due to the age gap between us, really. But 6 is too young. At that age, I was playing games like Spyro.

I think the youngest I've come across couldn't have been any older than 8 or 9 and they're all bloody annoying. Makes me want to pimp slap the parents for not giving birth to a mute child.

I commend you.

Stupid parents, what really bothers me is after level 5 I pretty much had to do all the work. As it's the easiest survival it wasn't the biggest pain, but it took twice as long as it should've.

My kids are six and a half and happily playing various Power Rangers and Batmen games on the Wii.

Many parents are terrible people, it becomes glaringly obvious while you play GTA, the most "adult" game of any I've played in the last 36 years (I still have fond memories of Monkey Shines on the Magnetbox Odyssey2).

I don't ask for their age but whenever i hear one of those squeakers i hunt them down until they start screaming. Then i kill them more. And send messages in the in-game phone that kids should not play GTA.

I have ran into my share of young users, but possibly the worst case was not actually the kid, it was his dad. I got in a 1 on 1 deathmatch with this guy for running me over, and even after the deathmatch was over he still kept trying to kill me. Eventually he turned on his kinect mic and started cussing me out, and you could hear a little kid repeating what he said. Arguing more, he told me his kid was almost 4 and was teaching him to swear at randoms online. At this point i was pretty disgusted, and someone else (a female) turns on her mic and starts yelling at him for being a crappy parent. They argue with the kid swearing every 2 seconds and the dad encouraging him.

I swear if this is the generation we are raising, i don't plan on being alive much longer.

Some young Geordie kid, sounded about 7 or 8 years old. Screamed 'BOOYAH' every time he killed someone...tolerated the racket for about 5 minutes before I left.

Also, my mate's little brother plays GTAO...and he turns 7 years old in May...

LOL.

It would make me one hell of a hypocrite, seeing as my uncle is from Newcastle upon Tyne...

BTW, threats over the internet don't scare me, my dear man...

I was just in a game with a 4 year old on Call of Duty Ghosts!

Weird, Call of Duty games are usually only played by mature adults :/

7. Kid ended up crying because "we weren't letting him kill us", and some people were f*cking with him. Next thing we know his mom is on the mic telling us we should be ashamed of ourselves for making a kid cry and that he's just trying to have a good time. To which she was met with "you should be ashamed of yourself for buying your 7-year-old a game with murdering, nudity, bad language, drugs, and people like us". To which she replied "...he's mature enough to handle all of that". The conversation went on for a few more minutes, including someone flirting with her that didn't seem to go over too well (and him crying in the background the whole time), but I can't remember most of it. It was an interesting night.

One that could speak enough for me to make a best guesstimate would be 8. But, there was another in the party who didn't say much, but when he did he couldn't have been more than 5.

I had mixed emotions because they were in their own private session (random friend invite) and weren't really doing things that I would consider unacceptable for the age. The one kid had a cargobob and was going to go look for an armored truck, and the other was just trying to ride a crotch rocket around without f*cking himself up.

Not once did they swear or start shooting me, each other, or the random NPC's. They just seemed to be having genuine non-violent fun.

Can I honestly be upset with this...? Idk.

Well, in GTAO probably about 10-12, but some years ago in Battlefield Bad Company 2, there was a damn SIX year old, playing with daddys account. And.... i made him cry.
