New clothing options

So I wanted to look like Boss Hogg in gta online. Well two things anger me with the new clothing. I put on a white sports coat with white suit vest but the shirt is black. Why can we not change shirt color on suit vests. Also I cannot add a tie to an open sports coat with a suit vest. Only bowties. Yet in outfits I found a suit similar to what I wanted white open suit with suit vest and white normal tie. I can change the vest to pale blue and keep the tie but it needs to be pure white. Why can outfits have regular ties but not custom created styles. Cmon I need a regular tie with suit and regular vests with open sports jackets and the ability to change suit vest shirts. If you rockstar can why not us.

I donnu, but it sounds ridiculous that you don't have the ability to do it. Maybe in the future.

tbh, no one cares.

Most of us just want some more normal shirts, shoes, pants, and hats and to look like normal people, not like an overly 40's/50's Buisness Man or whatever.

I think some of the options only work in certain ways. I am able to pick my vest and then my shirt underneath toi. I have long sleeve and rolled-sleeve options and ties for both vested and un-vested wear. Granted only certain combinations work.

I can make a video from my phone and upload it to YouTube but I don't want to be seen as a whore...

I'm disturbed by the fact that there is STILL no full black suit.

The "black" pants they give you dont match the jackets at all, and look closer to purple than they do black.

The closest you can get to matching black pants is wearing the black sports pants.

Black work pants work perfect, same color but they are baggy style.

I find black sport pants too "shiny" on my screen.

I hate how the females can't wear the knee-high boots with pants. We can only wear them with shorts, stockings, and bikini bottoms.

Makes no sense since in Saints Row, females can wear freakin' THIGH-high boots with pants.

The clothing options for this game are surprisingly weak. Rockstar kicks Volition's ass when it comes to story, gameplay, and characters. However, in terms of personalization and customization, Volition just beats the crap out of Rockstar. Which shouldn't really be the case, since we were able to do so much more in GTA San Andreas.

Yea and another thing to add to this list is not being able to overlap tattoos like in story mode.

I'd pick SR character/clothing customizations any day than what we were provided in GTA O? I mean, WTF is a heritage system? never have I heard a game used something like that before...

Ugh. The heritage system is an absolute joke of concept. I rather make a mildy decent looking character on my own with sliders and grids than having to slap 4 character models together and pray that my character doesn't bare a striking resemblance to a greasy looking Carrot Top.

Pretty sure R* couldn't just suck it up and make their creation system the same as Saints Row, so they tried to be all innovative and failed.

I think what's more stupid is that you can't wear a long tie with a suit vest.

Despite the fact that with the 1.11 update they added outfits, at least two of which show long ties and waistcoats/vests being used in the same outfit.

Well, that's R* for you, they have too much pride and tried to bring an innovative method like you stated which in turn led to a very complicated creation system that was despised by most

saints row can overdo it sometimes, with 50 different eyebrows or whatever, but when I first saw the whole grandparents selector character generator for GTAO I thought it was a joke at first the way the characters turned out but it wasnt.

It really bugs me that we can't have two or more accessories at the same time. Why can't I have a necklace and and earrings on my girl at the same time?

Saints Row completely crushes Gta 5 in clothing, because you can make it any color you want, and wear what you want.

I also really wish Rockstar never would have so pitifully attempted to make a Character Creator. Volition and even Bethesda's Character Creators just obliterate Rockstar's in every aspect.

This is the better worded version of my point in this thread
