Have you tried calling the mechanic or the request PV option on the menu? Those are the only ways I can think of. There's also the question of where to wait.

Not anymore there isn't. They patched it because we would use that mission to dupe and store one-seater vehicles, such as Blazers and HVY Cutters back in the day.

Mechanic says no, so I'm guessing pressing select won't work either
