@ 4:45 he gets into a fight with a pedestrian, cops right there..he no longer engages but the cop gets out and arrests the pedestrian. I've never seen this in Single Player let alone online. Do the cops even arrest people in GTA V? LOL I mean, I know you can get busted, but that's in single player and of course, that's by only the main characters. Feels like it's been years since I played GTA 4, and I certainly don't remember the cops being that lax.

The cops in GTA V and Online seem to have a stick up their ass and shoot first without asking questions at all. The only person I've ever seen arrested was me in Single Player. And of course in Online they just shoot no matter what the case is.

They shot to kill in IV's multiplayer if you only had 1 star as well. You can't be arrested online, so it makes sense.

I don't blame em. I just assume that the police were given the order to shoot due to the amount of men they've lost trying to arrest people in these games.

R* tried way too hard to be clever with the AI in this game, it's horrifying. Even the pedestrians.

True dat. AI accuracy needs a nerf.

 

Not every NPC should have the accuracy of a skilled marksman. It should vary.

It DOES vary. Did you seriously try the Trevor mission where you have to go into Ford Zancudo, destroy a couple jets and then steal a plane or something? Holy moly, the soldiers were all equipped with MGs, each bullet takes a quarter of your health and they can shoot you from the edge of the damn map. If they so much as start shooting at you, you won't even get a chance to look at your health bar. Ridiculous. AI accuracy is insane across the board for all AI.

That's in a mission. Outside of missions, no, it does not vary.

I don't blame em. I just assume that the police were given the order to shoot due to the amount of men they've lost trying to arrest people in these games. or the prisons are just full, probably the case, besides who wants to go to the pin in GTAO... Don't drop the digital soap.
