Would GTA Online then be perfect?

If you were to remove 3 things from GTA Online and add 1 thing to make it perfect/better what would it be? and why? or is it already perfect?

I don't think it'll ever be perfect, but I'm all for an option for no cops. they're so annoying maybe make everything less expensive, so people who have trouble getting money can still buy a lot of stuff and still have money left over.

Too short a list to make it "perfect" but I'll give it a shot

 

Things to remove:

-Bad Sport from blowing up PVs, unless you don't have the cash to pay the insurance in which case you should go to BS instantly and remain there until you earn the money to pay the insurance.

-Splitting up groups after missions, races, etc. at random.

-Omnicient cops. Shoot someone with a silenced weapon out in the middle of the desert? Get a wanted level. You should only get a wanted level if someone physically sees you do something. Like sniping from a rooftop, cops in the area should start looking around but if you can't be seen you shouldn't get a star.

 

Something to add:

-Cosmetic surgery. Let Rockstar keep their idiotic parent based creation if they must but then give us the option to go in and fix it later with real sliders like every other game

with customization uses.

1) Bad Sport/Insurance-Paying for destroying PV. Seems off-putting and counter intuitive in a game centered around extreme criminal activity.

 

2) Garage restrictions. Utility, gang related, too hot; you should be able to store anything in your available garage space.

 

3) Ron. Just Ron. Seriously, f$&k that guy.

1) Legal money-making ventures, (ie: business purchases, stock market, gambling).

I'll go with these:

Remove: (These are more toning down than actually removing)
-The option to call a Pegasus vehicle over and over again. You may only call a Pegasus vehicle (like a Tank *cough*), once per GTA V day.

-The stupid spawning of police. The police coming from police stations would be better and would take time to reach you. I don't think the problem is over-powered cops, it's how close they spawn to you. Look behind for a second and there's three choppers, two jets and a partridge in a pear tree in front of you.

-The crazy amount of jobs and phone calls we get. I do a mission for Simeon and I get 40 texts from Lester, Ron and Gerald saying, "I see my problems have disappeared, good work, want a backrub?", "Good work, call TPI again if you want to see me be Trevor's bitch in the cutscenes," and "Good work fool, now keep your mouth shut about me, you hear?" Seriously, I f*cking hate how everyone knows what the f*ck I'm doing.

Add:
-Game modes like Rocket Launcher only grab the crown and keep it like Crackdown 2 had or Cannonball Runs (official, not done by some idiot in Content Creator). Stuff like that.

While I wanted to ADD heists and make them detailed and in-depth, I know this would be impossible and not as fun as what I've put instead.
There's so many things GTA V could learn from GTA IV and RDR in terms of multiplayer as well as Saints Row for changing your character. While I didn't add it, I so badly want to have a custom character that doesn't look like we're all f*cking related.

Remove:

1. Simeon's jobs - He's irritating with his minimal wage and mundane work. I cannot think of a mission he's given me that I enjoyed.

 

2. No violence zones - For a game where killing is basically encouraged, there's too many "safe areas". If you're stupid enough to invite a prick into your apartment, prepare for a shotgun to the face (also, people with a bounty normally abuse this privelledge too).

 

3. All seeing authority - Seriously, who LIKES the fact that even killing a f*cking officer in a deserted area could give you three stars? What's worse is, if somebody wants to do a stealth operation to sneak into say...the Military Base, they're instantly spotted without anyone realising they've entered.

 

Add:

The GTA IV's Faggio design - If I want to be a target for "l0l l33t p!@yer$", I want to ride with style. Not on some horrible mess that probably was introduced to divert players away from probably the most inferior but fantastic vehicle created by Rockstar.

Exactly. I was thinking the exact same thing. The police overall are just plain stupid. Plastic surgery is my number 1 most wanted thing in GTAO.

For something I'd love to see added, there should be a whole new character creation system. I'd love to make a perfect reincarnation of me in-game, but something that I truly want is more sports. Basketball, skateboarding, longboarding, triathlons, and maybe some sort of on-foot parkour races. It'd be amazing to scale the buildings of Los Santos... kind of like an Assassin, but not as fancy. Remove:

1. Tanks. They just don't fit in with the game. Maybe locate them at Zancudo, but only if they're very tough to get hold of.

2. Jobs (as they are currently formatted). They don't fit in with the game either. I'm talking about missions, death matches, races, everything tales you out of free mode. The jobs need to be integrated with free mode better, i.e. I believe they should have just made more free mode events that all players in a lobby can easily take part in, rather than a horrendous matchmaking system connected to a miserable job selection process. Just slightly more developed impromptu races and 1v1 death matches would eliminate the need for race and death match jobs.

3. NPC phone calls. I already have all your plat awards. Just f*ck off and leave me alone.

 

Add/Change:

I would rebalance the cash payouts so that things like the sports activities paid out considerably more. This is purely so people would actually play them, and play them til the end of a match.

 

I'd also make the impound more serious but also fix the cop system that impounds your vehicle in the first place. I realised recently that you don't even need to rescue your car from there, you can just let it get sent to Mors and pay for recovery. Overall, I want a better sense of vehicle ownership.

 

edit: User M210F made a good point. I think the team at R* that were responsible for GTA V should take a note or two from the team that did RDR (no way was it the same team).
