I have finally decided to move out of the eclipse tower. Now i dunno sure what appartment looks better, Weazel Plaza or Richards Majestic? And what apt number?

Check the map before you leave your garage then. Eclipse is for the elite. All other apartments are for ninnies.

Alta street is perfect!

Close to mors insurence, close to helipad/buzzard spawn point, close to tank spawn point, close to ammu nation, close to lsc. It's close to everything important. Everything you need is just a few blocks away.

Personally I love San Vitas St <3 but it's only a 2 car apartment, so my current apartment is the 200k Del Perro one. That's not too bad. You get a view of the some roads and stores and the mountains out of one window, and a parking lot with two buildings out the other.

Richard's Majestic Apartment # 51 !! (my 2nd character used to own the $400K place and we traded it in for Weazel Plaza but I still prefer RM 51 where my 1st character lives.

 

All the goodies of Weazel Plaza (across the street) and you save $60K!!!

Stay in eclipse.... I've just moved there after living in Alta st. Horrible location if you ask me. I've lived in weazel too. But come on look at the name. I live in weazel coz I am 1 lol. Or I live in eclipse towers. CZ I am an elite. 391k offers best view. If you don't like being attacked change ur spawn point. Or check map before leaving or play invite only. Don't leave eclipse because of someone else.

Easy. The cheaper Tinsel. Great views, near LSC and able to look down at garage (see if someone's waiting outside and if there is, watch mugger go after them.)

 

Plus, tremendous trolling opportunities as the street where the garage is on is commonly used for people going to/from Tinsel. Throw a car in the middle of road with a sticky on it, go back up to your apartment, look down and wait for someone to come flying down from Eclipse.

Dream Tower in Little Seoul has a pool and there's a pool behind the Power Street apartment.

Richards Majestic or Weazel Plaza are the best IMO. It all depends on the view you want really. If RMs helipad was accessible it'd be the best but since it isn't I use Weazle for the view of the city

My character lives at weazel apt 70 and i like it better because the view is better than what i had at del perro and at 101.

Richards Majestic master race. Better location than Eclipse and the main view is of the Pier/ocean although it only looks nice when there are clear skies. I also like the underground parking. Now if only we could use the helipad on the roof, it would be perfect.

Del Perro is the best (And best value) apartment in the game. That beach view is awesome and it is across the street from Bahama Mama's which I hope will open with future dlc. Not to far from a gun shop and clothes store either. Talking about the highest floor though.

I have the 2nd cheapest high-end apartment in Del Perro. ~$205k and it's very rarely part of any war zone. I'm pretty sure it's the top floor one.
