Have you ever been scuttled?

Have you ever scuttled or had a plane or boat scuttled on you by a friend or someone in the mission on purpose?

 

If you don't know what Scuttling is, It's where someone will blow up something on purpose to prevent others from captureing it or using it.

 

I can understand in free-roam that's just having fun with each other and it's cool watching the plane blow up but i'll never understand why people do this on purpose during missions to make you fail the mission.

 

I've had people scuttle my PV so i couldn't drive to the objective

Yep. Typically it's the Wanted Vehicle. Someone's sitting at the docks waiting? Pick the car up with a Cargobob, fly it over the ocean in view of the guy waiting, dump it in the sea.

 

Or put it on top of a crane of a nearby ship, crash the chopper and go into passive mode and laugh as loads of people turn up to try and claim it.

EDIT: But I guess that doesn't count since it's freemode sh*t.

Yes, I had a "friend" of a friend do this to me on one of the Top Fun missions. He immediately sticky bombed the our Lasers as soon as the mission started so he could do it solo. Needless to say I removed him from my friends list.

Yep, during a mission of San Andreas Seoul. I got their first and grabbed the tanker. A randomer then blew it up with an AP Pistol. We restarted and he did the same thing again. Third time he got the tanker and crashed it off a bridge. Muppet.

 

Also one during Rooftop Rumble I knicked one of the cars as I didn't have one. This guy shot the tires out then ran me over so he could have the document. Hence I very rarely invite randoms these days

 

Have I ever done it? No. I've felt like it to teach some muppets a lesson, but as I want the money and RP myself I complete the mission

I'll take down the chopper in Coveted or accidently on-purpose destroy the documents in Rooftop Rumble. Or, if I'm in a Survival with a bunch of pricks who do nothing but die, I'll either cook a grenade or walk out of cover giving the finger to anyone watching.

 

I'm level 170, got $7.5 million in the bank, nothing left that I want to buy or am interested in unlocking so boredom comes pretty quickly.
